6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with similar information confirming your good-faith belief that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.

4. Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate access for users we determine to be repeat infringers.
