Refund Policy

OnlineNotepad.live's core notepad and tools are free. This Refund Policy applies only to optional paid subscriptions and one-time purchases.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with a paid subscription within seven (7) days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by emailing billing@onlinenotepad.live with your order ID.

2. Renewals

Subscription renewals are non-refundable. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service or have abused the Service.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
